Refund Policy

1. Class Cancellations

• Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid a penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will result in:

  • A forfeited class credit (for class packages), or

  • A late cancellation fee (for unlimited memberships).

• No-shows will result in a full loss of the class credit or applicable fee.

2. Class Packages

• All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Packages must be used within the expiration period stated at the time of purchase.

• Extensions may be granted only in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (doctor’s note required)

  • Extended travel or special circumstances (management approval required)

3. Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

• A minimum commitment period (if applicable) must be fulfilled before cancellation.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the next billing date.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
